It’s a 100% organic and natural plant superfood hand-foraged by local farmers on the beaches of Prince-Edward Island, Canada. Seafeed is a ground meal made from red and brown Atlantic seaweed:
- 50% Furcellaria lumbricalis – Fufu
- 25% Chondrus crispus – Irish moss
- 12.5% Fucus vesiculosus – Rockweed
- 12.5% Laminariaceae - kelp*
This diverse blend makes it more potent than standard kelp meal while the flaky texture allows nutrients to slowly be released throughout the growing season.

Instructions for Use
To get the best performance from Seafeed, here are the recommended guidelines for use:
- Seed starting and seedlings: 2 tablespoon per gallon of soil
- Transplants: add one teaspoon per hole and mix lightly with soil
- Bulbs: add one tablespoon per hole and mix lightly with soil
- Vegetable gardens and flower beds: incorporate 1kg per 9.3 m² (100 sq ft) twice per year
- Potting mix: mix in two tablespoons per gallon of soil
- Indoor plants: one tablespoon per six-inch pot or per gallon of soil, up to twice a year; incorporate into the soil or spread onto the surface for top dressing
